Drum roll please...finally!!
DKP officially starts on 12/22
Simples DKP system will be as such.
On time @ start of raid: 1pt
Prepared: 1pt.
Finishing raid: 1pt.
Fill in player during raid 1pt.
Being ready to raid and prepared but not being taken. 3pts.
First boss kill 5pts.
Boss kill 3pts
Each item cost 30pts:
Extra DKP may be given for progression bosses that require extra time.
Loot will be passed out using the point system and governed by Raid Leader and an appointed council person, preferably an officer present. Their choices and decisions are final. They withhold the right to refuse gear or pass gear to a person they feel it may be better suited for.
Items will be available to main spec (if an up) first. All items taken will result in loss of DKP, even if you’re the only toon that can use it.
Points gained during the raid will be totaled at end of raid and configured into your totals AFTER the raid ends.
You will enter raid with current points and points will be deducted from your total based on that number. You may pass into the negative just during the raid. At the conclusion of raid your points gained will be totaled into your total. Negative totals will be reset to zero on Tuesday of each week.
There is NO DKP for off spec. It will be decided on a roll off basis.
When an item drops and you would like to take it for an up and you believe you are the top DKP, DO NOT roll, pst your Raid Leader or Loot Master and make them aware that you would like to use DKP. The numbers will be checked and the loot passed accordingly.
You will lose DKP based on the 30pt an item. You may continue to use DKP into the negative, Please try to keep track of your own points during a raid to cut down on loot order confusion.
DKP can be taken away by the Raid Leader, or Officers of Simple. Some examples of reasons DKP might be taken away: Poor attitude, behavior, performance, arguing with Raid Leader or Officers during a raid. Amount of DKP taken away will be based on the level of infraction.
All issues and concerns are to be logged with the Raid Leader and GM. Their decisions about those issues are binding and final.
The Raid Leader and Officers may at their discretion use a loot council vote to assign loot to a player for the betterment of Simple's progression. This will be rare but may occur.

my eyes burn from the pink, but honestly, Im comfortable enough with my manliness to say that I could wear pink and not once think Im gay... thats being said, I would have to pass on Pink Tabards ...
Lovin the DKP Sys so far, just gotta wait and see it in action
